WASHINGTON, April 23 (Xinhua) -- Milwaukee Bucks completed a four-game sweep of Detroit Pistons with a victory of 127-104 on Monday night, advancing to the second round of NBA playoffs for the first time since 2001.
Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 41 points to lead Milwaukee to the win and Blake Griffin scored 22 points in defeat for Detroit. Detroit set an NBA record for consecutive playoff losses with 14.
The Bucks will face Boston in the second round of the Eastern Conference.
In Western Conference, Utah Jazz beat Houston Rockets 107-91 in Game 4. Mitchell finished the game with 31 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists while scoring 19 in the fourth quarter. Jae Crowder added 23 points. Ricky Rubio chipped in 18 points and 11 assists.
James Harden scored 30 points to lead Houston. Chris Paul added 23 points, eight rebounds and seven assists.
The Houston Rockets will face Utah in Game 5 after failing to eliminate the Jazz in Salt Lake City.
